It’s finally here – vacation!!! John and I are off to the west coast in a few hours. This trip really snuck up on me. We started planning our next road trip right after we got home from road trip #3 last May, but we scrapped the entire itinerary and started from scratch in January. We landed on this route – San Francisco to Denver – and I’m really excited about it. We plan to see a good deal of places we’ve always wanted to visit – Lake Tahoe, Salt Lake City, Jackson Hole, etc.
While we’re away I have some great posts scheduled for you – the regular Monday Mix, a few recipes, and a handful of new Simple Snack posts which I’m really excited about (spoiler alert: one is road trip related!).
I can’t wait to come back with even more awesome blogs for you – expect a ton of photographs, an extensive recap of our travels, touristy attractions galore, and everything in between.
