I love this new article (‘Status Update: I’m Happier Without Facebook‘) about taking a Facebook hiatus from author Diane Mulligan. I’ve also been going through a similar situation recently – being so busy during the week and on weekends I don’t have time for social media and feeling pretty darn good about it after the fact. Unplugging just to unplug sometimes doesn’t work. I think it’s more genuine to fill life up with relationships and hobbies and meaningful things, rather than keeping on top of every little thing on social media.
