Recipe: Single-Serve Creamy Pumpkin Spice Dip

It’s still technically summer but the weather here has been in the 60s so you know what that means – pumpkin spice mania has begun!

I thought I’d hop on the pumpkin spice train this year with something a little different – a creamy dip that is perfect for snacking, football watching, and maybe one last backyard BBQ…

Domestocrat’s Single-Serve Creamy Pumpkin Spice Dip (makes 1 serving but can easily be scaled up – see below for party-size recipe)
3 tbsp. whipped topping (I used the So Delicious CocoWhip, but Cool Whip or Tru Whip works too)
2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Super easy instructions for this one – get all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until smooth. That’s it! Feel free to taste before serving to adjust the pumpkin pie spice if you prefer more.

I developed this recipe as a single serving because having a huge quantity in the house would tempt me to eat it all! Plus, it pairs perfectly with one apple or a handful or pretzels. You can totally double, triple, etc. the recipe to make a larger quantity.

For a party-sized quantity I recommend:
1 tub of whipped topping
1 can of pureed pumpkin
1 packet of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
