Recipe: Honey Mustard Roasted Cashews

Recipe #3 from the Joy The Baker cookbook! This recipe couldn’t be easier to make. And the results are totally satisfying – sweet, savory, crunchy, addictive.

Joy The Baker’s Honey Mustard Roasted Cashews
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2-3 tsp. ground and dried mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cups salted cashews

Mix everything but the cashews in a big bowl. Make sure the mixture is fully combined and then add the cashews. Toss carefully to coat each piece.

Spread the mixture out in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Roast the cashews for 10 minutes on 350 degrees. Remove when they are browned to your liking (but not burnt!). Let the cashews cool for 10 minutes and then break up with a fork.

Put in a bowl and snack your face off.
