Recipe: Monster Cookies

I bookmarked this Pioneer Woman cookie recipe a couple months back. Not sure why they are called Monster Cookies though. I love a “kitchen sink” recipe and this is a great one, for cookies no less! I followed it pretty much exactly except that I made half of the batch without nuts and didn’t use peanut butter chips at all. Click on over to her blog to get the recipe.
Yummy:

Wet team, wet team meets dry team, batter team meets mix in team. Happiness.

Bake these suckers at 325 degrees for 6 minutes, rotate your pans, and bake for another 6.
Baker’s Note: These cookies provided me with a good excuse to have a baking face off – parchment paper vs. the Silpat. The parchment paper was the clear winner. I hate the dang Silpat. It’s greasy, has degraded over time, burns everything. The paper is much lighter, bakes evenly, and makes everything crispy.
Holiday M&Ms make everything more festive, right?
