I procrastinated because I couldn’t commit to a format – I love journaling but didn’t know if I wanted to write my daily gratitude items down, take photos of them, keep track of them daily vs. weekly, etc. I looked for a journal similar to my Five Year Memory Book but couldn’t find what I wanted. Ultimately I settled this week on the Gratitude 365 iPhone app.
Because November is Gratitude Month, I thought it was the best time to start. I’ll keep checking back here with my progress and thoughts!
